We knew Katherine from when we bought our home in 2014, she was the seller's agent. She was very professional. When we decided to sell the beginning of February she was our first choice. Katherine came out and looked at our house and gave us an honest estimate of what she thought it would go for. After signing papers to get the selling started she went and research comps and let us know she wanted to list it for more than what she estimated. It was listed one day and we accepted an offer the next for over asking. There were multiple offers and she went through them all with us and gave us her opinion but made sure we knew the decision was ours. Inspection went well with one exception, our sewer line had a couple cracks. If you live in the Shores you know this is common due to all the huge trees. The buyers agent was very unreasonable and talked her buyer out of a great house after many calls with Katherine and dropping the price $7000. It was very stressful for Katherine but she stayed positive. We ended up listing the house again after a week of a lot of back and forth on Katherine's part. The next day we had an even better offer and we immediately accepted. This sale moved very quickly and Katherine was right on everything and she made the entire process so smooth and easy. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job and it shows. She is very honest and goes above and beyond. We would highly recommend her to anyone. She is very easy to talk to and makes a very stressful time a lot less stressful. You can't go wrong with her. Kat sells it!!!! If she ever gets licensed in TN we will definitely have her help us find our next home when we are ready to buy.

As first-time homebuyers, my boyfriend and I were new to the process. Katherine’s vast real estate experience was evident from my first phone call to her and up until the day we received the keys to our new home. Katherine is not only passionate about real estate, but also serving her clients. Katherine impressed me the first time we chatted on the phone. She had a house listed that I called her on. After answering a few of my questions on the house, she was willing to walk me through the home buying process and addressed some of the more generic questions I had.
